Finished ripping out the messed up binding on the quilt, only 3 sides to bind then. I did the first side and wasn’t very happy with it. Decided screw it. Did the 2nd side. It was MUCH better. So I in my analness decided that I needed to fix it. So…I ripped off the first binding. Now I again have 3 sides to bind and 20 12×12 squares to quilt before Christmas…and I have never done anything but straight stitch quilting. Took me 2 days to find someone who knew whether I could use regular printer paper as templates (because of course I have already put the layers together so I can’t draw the pattern onto the quilt top to stitch)and I still haven’t found my motif!
