Another clean-out-the-pantry recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz containers Better Than Cream Cheese Toffutti Brand
  • 1/2 cup Better Than Sour Cream Toffutti Brand
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 3 TB lemon juice
  • 3 TB Amaretto
  • 1/3 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Dump everything but the crust into a sauce pan. Heat on low until the chips are melted, stirring constantly. Alternately melt the chips first, then heat, stirring constantly, until everything is hot.
  2. Pour hot mixture into pie crust.
  3. Refrigerate until set, or close enough and you don’t feel like waiting anymore.
