This started as a freezer cleaner. All measurements (and ingredients, for that matter) are just a guideline. This is the 2nd version of this recipe. This one is closer to true jambalaya, I think. These measurements are for half the amount that I actually made, which fed 4 adults, 2 teenaged boys, and an 8 year old.

- 1 package Hillshire Farms Hardwood Smoked Chicken Sausage Sliced
- Cajun Seasoning To taste
- 12 ounces frozen sliced pepper and onion mix
- 6 ounces frozen okra
- 1/2 can diced tomatoes with garlic
- 1 cup vegetable broth
